NEW YORK, May 16, 2007 -- Brian Regan hits the road this summer with his incredibly popular brand of comedy. "Brian Regan In Concert: A COMEDY CENTRAL Live Event" kicks off on Friday, June 8 at the North Fork Theatre on Long Island and will travel to over 40 cities nationwide including San Diego, New Orleans and Philadelphia (dates for the first leg of the tour are listed at the end of this release). The tour is sponsored by Alltel Wireless.

"Brian Regan: Standing Up" is a one-hour, original stand-up special debuting Sunday, June 10 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on COMEDY CENTRAL. The special was taped in April at the Barclay Theater in Irvine, CA. COMEDY CENTRAL Home Entertainment� is slated to release this one-hour special on DVD in the fall.

One of the premier comedians in the country, Regan is a regular guest on "Late Show with David Letterman" and has starred in his own stand-up specials on COMEDY CENTRAL and Showtime. In 2004, Regan released the hugely successful DVD, "I Walked on the Moon," a follow-up to his 1997 CD, "Brian Regan Live" which has sold over 100,000 copies. Regan's 2006 tour played to sold-out theaters and standing ovations in 74 cities, including a sold-out show at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.
