MAN ACCUSED OF KIDNAP AND RAPE IN TORTURE CHAMBER IS FOCUS OF "AMERICA'S MOST WANTED" MANHUNT SATURDAY, MAY 19, ON FOX

An Oregon man accused of kidnapping and raping young women in a torture chamber he created in his home is the subject of a manhunt that will be featured on AMERICA'S MOST WANTED: AMERICA FIGHTS BACK Saturday, May 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

In the beautiful Pacific Northwest town of Hillsboro, OR near Portland police say that Paul Erven Jackson and his half-brother Vance Roberts committed horrifying crimes. Cops say that Jackson and Roberts kidnapped young girls from the streets of Portland, then raped and tortured them in a sex-torture chamber at his home. Police suspect that the two men committed these acts as long ago as the 1990s.

Young women who survived the ordeal told police about the most abusive of conditions during their captivity: being chained up, made to use diapers and kitty litter as toilets, and forced to call their captors "Master."

Police say the two men were extremely methodical in their attacks; they surveyed streets, kept notes on their potential targets and modified their home to be escape-proof, including putting bars on the inside of their windows.

After their mother helped them post bond, both men skipped town. Then in September 2006, Roberts walked into the Hillsboro Police Department and turned himself in. Now the hunt is on for Jackson, who could be working as an auto mechanic.

During Saturday's broadcast, AMW talks to two women who experience the attacks. Their graphic detailing of what the two men allegedly put them through will show viewers just how dangerous the streets can be. In addition, syndicated talk show host Maury Povich joins with AMW to make viewers aware of how they can help with the manhunt for Jackson and close the book on a dangerous duo.
