Each series is designed to make health and fitness a mainstay and highlight of each day, with content such as the following:

HEALTHY DECADENCE is a half-hour healthy cooking show for those who want to live healthy lives eating the foods they love. Devin Alexander knows exactly how you feel. She loves food. She loves to eat good food. But she also knows that good food can be healthy, too. She has mastered the art of the meal makeover. Devin knows that substitution does NOT equal deprivation; making small adjustments in recipes affects the bottom line, not the taste.

Blaine is a chef on a mission. He wants to shed pounds, but he also wants to shed light on low-carb cooking. In BLAINE'S LOW-CARB KITCHEN, we'll watch him whip up delicious meals and slim down in the process, allowing viewers to follow along at home.

This series combines spectacular high-definition photography, captivating music and stunning visual settings. Each episode begins with an introduction to the ancient art of the dance and a flowing warm-up, followed by a series of moves isolating different parts of the body. Over the course of the series, viewers will learn mini-routines that will have them giggling, gyrating and getting fit and fabulous!

Yoga... as you have never seen it before! This innovative series combines sensual, stunning photography and original music with authentic hatha yoga practice. NAMASTE is designed by Kate Potter, one of Canada's leading instructors and yoga therapists. Kate's "Hatha Vinyasa" style is both dynamic and gentle. Shot in high definition in exquisite settings, each episode teaches a unique flow sequence and inspires viewers to begin or continue their yoga practice.

Cooking fresh ingredients doesn't have to be intimidating or complicated. It's pretty simple, actually. The fresher the ingredients, the better the food. Add to that a bit of culinary guidance, and we have A LYON IN THE KITCHEN. Nathan Lyon believes cooking should be quick, fresh and simple. Nathan prides himself on finding the freshest foods to create amazing, healthy meals. He is ready to demystify cooking for the masses, bringing his passion for fresh produce to everyone. He's taking food from the grower to the diner, creating meals that will please foodies of all levels.

It's cool to embrace "green," but what does it all mean? On GET FRESH, we meet Sara Snow, a natural living expert. In each episode, Sara visits green innovators who are forging the way to make a natural lifestyle both accessible and practical, and helps people who are struggling to make natural changes in their own lives.

From hip-hop dance to body sculpting and hybrid classes, this new instructional series will allow viewers to try new routines, exercises, styles and instructors. Whether it's the latest yoga, weight training, aerobics or martial arts trend, the objective is the same: to tone, tighten and make you feel terrific. These routines will benefit everyone, from beginners to the most avid fitness buff.

Hosted and designed by four-time Canadian Aerobics Champion Sharon Mann, this exercise show blends Pilates, kickboxing, tai chi, Boxercise, Boot Camp, yoga and interval training. It's loaded with fitness information and extra fitness tips. Each show offers exercises for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

For nearly two decades, world-renowned fitness expert Gilad Janklowicz has taught viewers how to tone and shape up with his challenging and innovative routines. Gilad guides viewers through an invigorating routine that's challenging, yet easy to follow. With the natural beauty of the Hawaiian Islands as a backdrop, Gilad and friends demonstrate how the latest techniques and tools can energize every fitness routine. Gilad weaves the best of strength training, circuit training, cardio bursts, kickboxing and martial arts into a one-of-a-kind routine set to original music.

JUST COOK THIS! is a cooking show about a real guy in his real kitchen who's really funny. Sam Zien (a.k.a.
