'Secret' Is Out at CBS After One Broadcast
By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- "Secret Talents of the Stars" is joining the likes of "Anchorwoman," "The Will," "The Rich List" and "Emily's Reasons Why Not" as CBS confirmed this morning the series has been canceled after just one broadcast.

Additional installments of "48 Hours Mystery" will fill the Tuesday, 10:00/9:00c hour on April 15 and April 22.

Then on April 29, look for "Shark" to assume the slot with the first of four new episodes. The series was previously set for the 9:00/8:00c hour, which will now be occupied by repeats of "The Unit."

To review, here's a complete breakdown:

Tuesdays (April 15-22)
8:00/7:00c - "NCIS"
9:00/8:00c - "Big Brother 9"
10:00/9:00c - "48 Hours Mystery"

Tuesdays (as of April 29)
8:00/7:00c - "NCIS"
9:00/8:00c - "The Unit" (Repeats)
10:00/9:00c - "Shark" (New Time Slot)

As for "Stars," the show opened to a disastrous 1.5 adults 18-49 rating on Tuesday, the network's worst performance on the night since its news coverage of the "Super Tuesday" primaries (1.3 rating).

The live series, from Magic Molehill Productions, was originally planned to run for seven weeks.
