TERRA NOVA (FOX) - Allison Miller ("Kings") is the latest addition to the upcoming drama, which "follows an ordinary family embarking on an incredible journey back in time to prehistoric Earth as a small part of a massive experiment to save the human race." She'll play Skye, however no details about her character were given. Jason O'Mara also stars in the 20th Century Fox Television-based hour, the pilot of which is being directed by Alex Graves from a script by Craig Silverstein and Kelly Marcel.
TOO BIG TO FAIL (HBO) - William Hurt has been tapped to star while Curtis Hanson will direct the docudrama, about the 2008 financial crisis and "the power brokers who decided the fate of the world's economy as the system teetered on collapse." He'll play Secretary Henry Paulson in the project, which is based on Andrew Ross Sorkin's book of the same name. Peter Gould penned the adaptation while Hanson, Paula Weinstein and Jeffrey Levine of Spring Creek Productions are executive producing. Sorkin, Bethany McLean and Joe Nocera will serve as consultants with Carol Fenelon as a co-executive producer and Ezra Swerdlow producing.
