Exclusive: FOX Gives "The Good Guys" Saturday Late-Night Slot, "Running Wilde" to Wrap December 28
By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Breathe folks, it's been a lot to take in.

On the heels of FOX's mind-blowing midseason schedule announcement (read the story), we've managed to confirm a few details not found in the press release:

-- Repeats of "The Good Guys" will assume the network's Saturday, 11:00/10:00c slot - currently occupied by "Fringe" encores - beginning January 1. As previously reported, "The Good Guys" wraps its freshman run on Friday, December 10 at 9:00/8:00c.

-- "Running Wilde" will air its one-hour "winter finale" on Tuesday, December 28 at 9:00/8:00c. Assuming its upcoming schedule holds - new episodes on November 30 and December 7, pre-empted by back-to-back repeats of "Glee" on December 14 and pre-empted by "Million Dollar Money Drop" on December 21 - that leaves three more episodes of its original 13-episode order yet to air. Repeats nevertheless will continue in the Saturday, midnight/11:00c slot following "The Good Guys."

-- "Lie to Me" likewise will air its "winter finale" on Monday, January 31 at 9:00/8:00c. All 13 of its third season episodes will have aired by said date so the language seems to presume more installments could be on the horizon.

-- And finally, also assuming the schedule holds, "Human Target" will also have aired all 13 of its second season episodes by the time "American Idol" expands to two hours on Wednesday, February 16.
