Disney Channel to Present World Premiere of Hollywood Records Recording Artist Coco Jones' Music Video "Holla at the DJ"

Disney Channel will present the world premiere of the music video "Holla At the DJ" performed by 14-year-old Hollywood Records recording artist Coco Jones, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, during "Shake It Up" (7:00 p.m. ET/PT). Leading up to the premiere, Disney Channel will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the music video with Radio Disney Total Access interstitials, which also feature Jones recounting her journey after being a finalist on Radio Disney's "N.B.T." (Next BIG Thing).

On TUESDAY, JANUARY 1, Jones will perform "Holla At the DJ" during the 124th Rose Parade Presented by Honda in Pasadena, California, and will join Radio Disney's Ernie D on-air, live from the parade.

The music video for "Holla At the DJ" was directed by award-winning director Chris Applebaum (Rihanna, Selena Gomez). The song was written and produced by Jones, Brian Kennedy (Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson), Makeba Riddick (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez) and LaShawn Daniels (Usher), and will premiere on VEVO Thursday, December 13. "Holla At The DJ" is currently in rotation on Radio Disney and available digitally on iTunes.

Jones starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Let It Shine," which to date, is the #1 TV movie across target kid demos Kids 2-11 (3.7 million/9.0 rating), Kids 6-11 (3.2 million/13.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.9 million/12.2 rating). She is currently writing and recording songs for her upcoming album, which is schedule to be released in spring 2013.
