LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC has bumped the season finales of its freshman dramas "Revolution" and "Chicago Fire" back a week to June 3 and May 22, respectively.
The former was pre-empted last night due to the Peacock's "Terror in Boston" news special. The series will resume its run next Monday at 10:00/9:00c and continue for seven consecutive weeks, bookings from the network confirm.
As for "Chicago Fire," NBC will slide its four remaining episodes back a week, slotting originals on all four Wednesdays of the May sweeps period (May 1 through May 22).
NBC previously planned to air a two-hour season finale of "Law & Order: SVU" on May 22 but will instead opt for five weeks of one-hour originals beginning April 24.
