WIN, LOSE OR PAWN (CMT, New!) - Hot Snakes Media's Eric Evangelista and The Gurin Company's Phil Gurin have sold a daily strip to the cable channel billed as "a twist on the pawn shop reality craze." Casting is underway for people who have objects to pawn or want an item appraised in Southern California for a summer launch. CMT's Jayson Dinsmore, Joe Livecchi and Eliot Goldberg will also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)


UNTITLED CHRIS HARDWICK PROJECT (Comedy Central, New!) - Chris Hardwick ("The Nerdist") is set to host a new late-night series at the network described as "a comedic panel show that will have a heavy social-media presence integrated throughout." The half-hour series will follow "The Colbert Report" at midnight/11:00c, Mondays through Thursdays, beginning this fall. Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant ("Reno 911!") have signed on as showrunners of the project with Hardwick and Peter Levin of Nerdist Industries; Alex Blagg, Jason Nadler and Jon Zimelis of Serious Business; and Will Ferrell and Adam McKay of Funny or Die also serving as executive producers.
