The other is a Yale Law graduate whose bright future went up in flames when her sex tape with a Supreme Court nominee leaked. Foley will pen the teleplay from a story conceived alongside Grunberg for the ABC Studios-based Shondland. The company's Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers will also executive produce. (Deadline.com)
