What participants can expect out of the 21-Day Meditation Experience: Energy of Attraction: Manifesting Your Best Life:

Week One- Your Dreams and How to Fulfill Them

As Deepak will show us this week, the "laws" of the universe are neutral. You can attract negative or positive forces in your life. Your challenge is to nurture the truest and most authentic desires within you. Those are the desires that fulfill you, expand you, and flow outward to impact others for the positive. If you want to live with the greatest purpose, passion, and contentment, your desires must line up with your true self... your soul self. When you're connected to that energy, you are unstoppable. It is the energy that works together with you, to co-create the life you want. In this week's meditations, Deepak guides us how to tap into our true selves, allowing effortless creation to unfold. There, we will take the next steps toward making our real dreams come true.

Week Two- Mastering the Art of Desire

There's a key to turning a dream into a reality, and that key is conscious intention. In our busy world, it's easy to slide into a rhythm of unconsciousness, to move through our days with little thought about what we say and do. Manifesting desires is about waking up to life. As your awareness expands, the possibilities of what you can attract in life expand as well. Becoming aware of every moment, every breath, every thought will move you closer toward your highest self, the person you were born to be. This week, Deepak guides us toward that expanded awareness. There, we will take the steps toward the most aligned, expedient path to fulfilling your deepest, grandest dreams.

Week Three- The Fullness of Intention: Expanding Your Desires to Others

When you open your heart wide enough to desire the same level of consciousness for others that you want for yourself, you naturally put the energy of attraction into motion. This week, we'll focus on connecting with others as the "soul selves" they really are. Not separate from you, but as one with you. When you tap into that, you strengthen the circle of energy that binds us all together. As Deepak will show us, when you say yes - when you are carefree because you trust that the universe is working in harmony with you - with intimate knowledge of what you want - you attract even more joy, generosity and abundance. Let go of the non-essentials - the worry and "holding on." You will attract endless wonder and your energy field will light up and expand. And, even though you may not imagine it yet, your power of attraction will be amplified.

The popular online offering "Oprah & Deepak's 21-Day Meditation Experience" is co-produced by Harpo Studios and The Chopra Center, and inspired by popular OWN programs, which connects members of its core community to the benefits of regularly practiced meditation.
