ABC TO AIR A PRIMETIME ENCORE OF SUNDAY NIGHT'S 10TH ANNUAL "JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE: AFTER THE OSCARS," SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28

ABC will air a primetime encore of "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After The Oscars" on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET). Following his appearance as a presenter at The Oscars across the street, John Travolta was Jimmy's guest for the very first time on Hollywood's biggest night. Travolta revealed the much-anticipated story behind why he accidentally mispronounced Idina Menzel at last year's Oscars and Jimmy shared his love for "Welcome Back, Kotter" and "Saturday Night Fever" with one of his childhood idols.

Jimmy debuted his tribute to the greatest, most prolific and revered acting coach who ever lived -- Jim Kimmel -- in "The Kimmel School of Perfect Acting." This two-part segment features Benedict Cumberbatch, Lupita Nyong'o, Harvey Weinstein, Mila Kunis, Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne, Jeff Bridges, Kristen Bell, Susan Sarandon, Jennifer Aniston, Gary Oldman, Sean Penn, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, and Matt Damon. Part 1& Part 2 of "The Kimmel School of Perfect Acting" have received over a combined total of 560,000 views on Youtube and over a million video views on Facebook. There were also surprise guest appearances by Oscar winner JK Simmons, Kevin Hart and Eddie Murphy.

In addition, Jimmy Kimmel Live's "Lie Witness News: Oscar Edition" has been viewed over 350,000 times.

ABC's 10th Annual "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars" pulled in its 2nd-largest-ever overall audience (5.810 million) and scored its 2nd-strongest performance in 5 years in Adults 18-49 (2.051 million), behind only the prior year's post-Oscars special. Among all "Jimmy Kimmel Live" broadcasts, Sunday's post-Oscar show attracted the ABC late-night program's 2nd-biggest audience for any single-day telecast in either late-night or primetime.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format. Jimmy Kimmel and Jill Leiderman serve as executive producers. Jason Schrift, Douglas DeLuca, Erin Irwin and David Craig serve as co-executive producers.
