BRAVO MEDIA TAKES A SEAT ON THE BOARD OF AN ELITE PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION WITH SERIES PREMIERE OF "MOTHER FUNDERS" ON SUNDAY JUNE 14 AT 9PM ET/PT

Preview Special Airs Sunday, May 10 at 10:30pm ET/PT

NEW YORK, NY - May 8, 2015 -Summer is almost here, but school is in session for Bravo Media's new docu-series "Mother Funders" premiering Sunday, June 14 at 9pm ET/PT. Following a passionate Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) in the small town of Locust Grove, Georgia, this group holds benefits to raise and donate money to their kids' local elementary school. Run like a corporation, President Carla Stephens keeps a watchful eye on her fellow board members Shayzon Prince, Robin Dyke, Amber Bryant, LaShon Thompson, Amber Coulter and former member Shana Koorse. Despite their personalities, tantrums and outbursts, these ladies have their sights set high to raise and donate $100,000. Through lavish fundraising events from a Black Tie Gala to a Pink Pajama party, these mothers must work together and adhere to the strict rules and high expectations of their demanding commander-in-chief. Catch a glimpse of the strong egos that run this exclusive PTO during a 30-minute preview special airing Sunday, May 10 at 10:30pm ET/PT. Meet the Board Members:

Carla Stephens - President With her son graduating, this is Carla's last year as President and she is determined to set a fundraising record. Described as the perfect blend of Betty Crocker and a drill sergeant, Carla rules the PTO with an iron fist. Her motto in life is "knowing who you are will help you reject who you are not."

Shayzon Prince - Vice President On the PTO board for over three years, Shayzon is the Vice President and Executive Officer of keeping the peace. With a rolodex full of influencers and celebrities, her fundraisers are always the talk of the town.

Robin Dyke -Volunteer Coordinator Although Robin is Carla's nemesis, her expertise in fundraising and marketing are a force to be reckoned with and her efforts bring in big checks and big smiles. Robin prides herself on her golf game and uses her love for the sport to score huge dollars for the local school.

Amber Bryant - Honorary Volunteer Married to a former NFL player, Amber is well known in Atlanta's social scene and can raise thousands of dollars with just one phone call. Although she currently doesn't have a child at the local elementary school, Amber has been designated an honorary member due to her commitment to the school and her connections to wealthy donors.

LaShon Thompson - Secretary LaShon recently joined the audacious group to sharpen her people skills and serves as the PTO's secretary. Always striving for her family to succeed, LaShon runs a successful trucking company while also aspiring to open up her own beauty salon and artist management company.

Amber Coulter- Volunteer Pressured to join the PTO by her husband, Amber is the newest addition to the group and is still adjusting to her new role as volunteer. With her normal attire consisting of sweat pants and a t-shirt, the self-dubbed "earth mother," hopes to break out of her regular routine and become a lean, mean fundraising machine.

Shana Koorse - Ex-Board Member/ Current Volunteer After clashing with fellow members including Carla, Shana stepped down from her responsibilities with the PTO but remains a volunteer. She is Robin's right hand gal and is often her voice of reason when dealing with the colorful and interesting personalities of this dynamic bunch.

Mother Funders is produced by True Entertainment with Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Jen Morton, Leola Westbrook and Betty Park serving as Executive Producers.
