UNTITLED ANDREW LEEDS PROJECT (ABC, New!) - Andrew Leeds has sold a multi-camera comedy to the Alphabet about "husband and wife Marty and Florie, who are trying to fend off the gentrification of their neighborhood in Brooklyn. When each of their three daughters announce they are romantically involved with the very people who irritate Marty and Florie so much, they are forced to finally let these people into their lives." Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and Albert Bianchini also serve as executive producers via the former's Milojo Productions. No studio was indicated. (Deadline.com)


UNTITLED COURTENEY COX PROJECT (FOX, New!) - Courteney Cox ("Cougar Town") is attached to a new single-camera comedy at the network about Hailey, "a woman who inherits her late billionaire husband's charity and quickly finds that changing the world is far less glamorous than she had imagined." Writer Robert Padnick and director James Griffiths are behind the ABC Studios-based half-hour with Cox and Thea Mann likewise executive producing. (Deadline.com)


AND IN OTHER NEWS... - CBS has formally confirmed the current season of "Mike & Molly" will be its last (Variety.com); "The Good Wife" creators Robert and Michelle King are set to depart the series following its current seventh season however CBS maintains the option to continue the series without them (Deadline.com); Eva Longoria, James Denton and Sol Rodriguez are all bound for the new season of "Devious Maids" while Nathan Owens has been upped to series regular (Deadline.com); Daniel Peters's critically acclaimed book "The Luck of Huemac" is being developed as a TV series by Televisa USA (Deadline.com);

Stephen David is spearheading "American Playboy: The Hugh Hefner Story," a potential mini-series (Deadline.com); Curtis Armstrong will guest on "Major Crimes" as his "The Closer" character Peter Goldman (THR.com); Nick E.
