100, THE (The CW) - Ivana Milicevic has been tapped as Charmaine Diyoza, "one of the mysterious criminals aboard the prison ship," in the new season. (EW.com)
BALLERS (HBO) - Brittany S. Hall's Amber has been promoted to series regular for its recently ordered fourth season. (Deadline.com)
GUESS WHO DIED (NBC, New!) - Norman Lear and Peter Tolan have scored a pilot production commitment from the Peacock for a new single-camera comedy described as "a humorous and inspiring look at the shared joys and challenges we all experience at any stage of life." Sony Pictures Television is behind the project with Lear and Tolan executive producing via their respective companies, Act III Productions and The Cloudland Company, alongside Lear's associate Brent Miller. MANIAC (Netflix) - Sonoya Mizuno and Julia Garner are both bound for the Emma Stone/Jonah Hill-led project in top secret roles. (Deadline.com)
MURDERTOWN (FOX, New!) - Hayes Davenport has sold a single-camera comedy to the network about "a New York radio journalist who, after a career-ending gaffe, returns to her hometown in Cape Cod and takes a job at the local newspaper, hoping to uncover a headline-grabbing true crime story that will get her back in the spotlight." The 20th Century Fox Television-based project, which has a penalty attached, is also executive produced by actress Jillian Bell and 3 Arts Entertainment's Pam Kohl and Oly Obst with Brianna Bell serving as a producer. TREMORS (Syfy) - Vincenzo Natali has signed on to direct the drama pilot, which features Kevin Bacon reprising his original role from the 1990 film of the same name. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED MARCIA CLARK PROJECT (ABC, New!) - Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain have set up a potential drama at the Alphabet about "a female prosecutor who loses the trial of the century and is shredded by the media in the process. The drama chronicles what happens when 8 years later the murderer who got off strikes again." Former O.J. Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark will also serve as an executive produce for ABC Studios, as will Mandeville Television's David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman and Laurie Zaks. (Deadline.com)
