Netflix Announces New Korean Original Stand-Up Comedy Special with YG Entertainment
Yoo Byung-Jae gained popularity when he was a part of "Saturday Night Live Korea" for four seasons both as a writer and cast member.

NETFLIX ANNOUNCES NEW KOREAN ORIGINAL STAND-UP COMEDY SPECIAL WITH YG ENTERTAINMENT

November 24, Seoul, Korea -- Netflix Inc., the world's leading internet entertainment service, today announced that it is introducing a new Korean Netflix Original Stand-Up Comedy Special with YG Entertainment featuring Yoo Byung-Jae.

Yoo, who is known as an actor, screenwriter, and television personality in Korea, gained popularity when he was a part of Saturday Night Live Korea for four seasons both as a writer and cast member. He is well known for his unique humor and comical acts in Korea, being featured in various TV shows including Infinite Challenge and Flower Crew.

Stand-up comedy is a relatively unknown genre in Korea, and while Netflix is the home for great stand-up comedians around the world, the latest addition in Korea will mean a whole new experience for viewers. The comedy special with Yoo will be shot in early 2018 and be available exclusively on Netflix as an Original Comedy Special. Netflix will also feature BLACK COMEDY in early 2018, another Netflix Original Comedy Special of Yoo's stand-up comedy act that was shot this year.

Yoo Byung-Jae's Original Standup Comedy Special will be available exclusively on Netflix globally in over 190 countries in 2018. Netflix currently has 109 million members around the world.
