Prime Video reveals the official art of Joaquín Murrieta's La Cabeza
MEXICO CITY - Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - Prime Video today revealed the official art for La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta, the action-adventure series starring Juan Manuel Bernal and Alejandro Speitzer, coming exclusively to Prime Video on February 17. from 2023 to more than 240 countries and territories in the world.
La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta is an exceptional story made in Mexico, produced by Dynamo and Amazon Studios, set on the new border between Mexico and the United States in 1851, during a period driven by greed, anger and xenophobia, in middle of an all-out war thanks to the California Gold Rush.
The 8-episode series follows the adventures of two men - Joaquín Murrieta, a legendary figure also known as the Mexican Robin Hood, played by Juan Manuel Bernal (Monarca, Obediencia Perfecta), and Joaquín Carrillo, played by Alejandro Speitzer ( Dark Wish, Someone Has to Die) - whose paths meet in the midst of a violent misunderstanding. They come together to face a common enemy, Harry Love, played by actor Steve Wilcox (S.O.Z.: Soldiers or Zombies, Sons of Anarchy, The X-Files). The cast is complemented by Yoshira Escárrega as Damace, Emiliano Zurita as Casey and newcomer Becky Zhu Wu as Adela Cheng.
