"Saturday Night Live" Adds Three Featured Players to the Cast for the Upcoming 50th Season: Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim and Jane Wickline

MEDIA ALERT: "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE"

"Saturday Night Live" has added three featured players to the cast for the upcoming 50th season: Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim and Jane Wickline.

"SNL" premieres Sept. 28 at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT, live on NBC and Peacock.

"SNL" will mark its 50th anniversary with a celebratory weekend culminating in a live primetime special on Sunday, Feb. 16.

"SNL" was the #1 entertainment series across broadcast and cable for the 2023-24 season in the 18-49 demo.

"Saturday Night Live" is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.

ASHLEY PADILLA

Ashley Padilla joins the cast of "Saturday Night Live" for her first season. Padilla has been a member of the Groundlings Main Company since 2021. Padilla is from the San Francisco Bay Area and her birthday is May 27.

EMIL WAKIM

Emil Wakim joins the cast of "Saturday Night Live" for his first season. Wakim is a Lebanese-American stand-up comedian, actor and writer. He was selected as a New Face of Comedy at the 2022 Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and has performed on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." He was born in Chicago and his birthday is March 11.

JANE WICKLINE

Jane Wickline joins the cast of "Saturday Night Live" for her first season. Wickline was a cast member on Tik Tok's live show, "Stapleview," and performs sketch comedy on tour. Wickline is from Los Angeles and her birthday is July 1.
