OLYMPICS ON TRACK TO BE BIGGEST MULTI-PLATFORM SPORTING EVENT EVER

Almost 25 million uniques users online, nearly 25 million video streams and close to 3 million mobile visits

BEIJING -Aug. 14, 2008 - After just five days, the Beijing Olympics is shaping up to become the biggest multi-platform sports event of all time. To date, NBCOlympics.com on MSN has set records for uniques, page views and streams, with nearly 25 million uniques users having visited the site, viewing 456 million pages watching close to 22 million video streams.* In addition, nearly 3 million visits have been made to Games through NBCOlympics.com's mobile WAP and other VOD offerings. All of this combined with the unprecedented television ratings on both the Network and cable properties, means that the Beijing Olympics on track to be a historic, multi-platform Sports programming event.

� NBCOlympics.com on MSN attracts over 6 million users daily, who have already watched nearly 3.5 million hours of video content. On average, users are staying close to 15 minutes per visit and spend 20 minutes when consuming video.

� Since the beginning of the Beijing Games, NBCOlympics.com on MSN has ranked #1 in the Sports category based on share of page views according to Hitwise.

� Video consumption is robust. Nearly 5 million users have watched video on the site so far and better than 4 million of the streams were live. The 5 most popular videos to date have been: US Men with 4x100 Free Relay; Phelps wins 400M IM; Phelps wins 200m free; Opening Ceremony Sights & Sounds; Phelps wins 200m fly.

� Compared to the ENTIRE Athens Games, NBCOlympics.com on MSN is up 98% in total page views, 479% in average daily uniques and 812% in video streams after only 5 days of the Beijing Games.

� Visits to NBCOlympics.com's Mobile WAP site has generated over 9.5 million page views, with users spending close to 6 minutes per visit.

� Olympic fans are engaged with Widgets like never before, so far they have generated 40 million page views.

� Phelps scores Gold in online video too. The five most viewed athlete profiles on NBCOlympics.com on MSN to date are: Michael Phelps; followed by Gymnast's Alicia Sacramone and Shawn Johnson respectively; Australian swimmer Stephanie Rice and Fencing star Mariel Zaqunis.

� The most popular sports on NBCOlympics.com on MSN to date are Gymnastics, Swimming, Basketball, Beach Volleyball and Equestrian.
