CBS WINS IN VIEWERS FOR THE SECOND STRAIGHT WEEK

All Three Editions of "Big Brother" Sweep Their Time Period in Viewers and Key Demos as "Big Brother Wednesday" Posts Its Best Premiere Ratings Since 2003

The Three "Big Brothers" All Place in the Top 10 Programs in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54

CBS Has Five of the Week's Top 10 Programs and the Top 12 Scripted Series

CBS placed first in viewers for the second straight week led by three time-period-winning editions of BIG BROTHER, all of which placed in the week's top 10 programs in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending July 17.

The premiere of BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY won its time period, posting its best Wednesday premiere delivery since 2003 in viewers and key demos, while BIG BROTHER THURSDAY and BIG BROTHER SUNDAY also swept their time slots. All three BIG BROTHERS were in the top 10 in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54.

NCIS, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, CRIMINAL MINDS, THE MENTALIST, CSI: NY, THE BIG BANG THEORY, BLUE BLOODS, FLASHPOINT, TWO AND A HALF MEN, MIKE & MOLLY and CSI: MIAMI were the week's top 12 scripted programs.

For the week in viewers: CBS (6.04m), NBC (5.23m), FOX (5.04m) and ABC (4.66m). Summer-to-date in viewers, CBS (6.22m) leads NBC (6.15m), ABC (5.93m) and FOX (4.44m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (1.8/05, -0.1 behind FOX) and averaged 1.3/04 in adults 18-49.

For the week in households: CBS (3.9/07), NBC (3.2/06), ABC (3.1/06) and FOX (2.9/05). Summer-to-date in households, CBS (4.1/07) is ahead of both NBC and ABC (3.7/07, each) and FOX (2.7/05).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

? BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY (P) was first in households (4.4/08), viewers (7.31m), adults 25-54 (3.2/10), adults 18-49 (2.6/09) and adults 18-34 (2.1/08).

Compared to last year's season premiere of BIG BROTHER 12 WEDNESDAY, BIG BROTHER was up +13% in both households (from 3.9/07) and adults 18-49 (from 2.3/08), +19% in adults 25-54 (from 2.7/09), +17% in adults 18-34 (from 1.8/07) and added +920,000 viewers (from 6.39m, +14%). This was the best Wednesday premiere for BIG BROTHER in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 since BIG BROTHER 4 in 2003.

? BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was first in households (4.0/07), viewers (6.61m), adults 25-54 (2.9/08), adults 18-49 (2.3/07) and adults 18-34 (1.9/07) for the second consecutive week. BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was the night's #1 program in viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

? BIG BROTHER SUNDAY was first in households (4.1/07), viewers (6.92m), adults 25-54 (3.0/08), adults 18-49 (2.4/08) and adults 18-34 (1.9/07) for the second consecutive week.
