ABC is #1 on Friday for the 3rd Week in a Row in Adults 18-49

ABC ranked #1 on Friday for the 3rd week in a row in Adults 18-49, beating out Fox by 23%, NBC by 33% and CBS by 45%. ABC also won the night with Adults 25-54, delivering the Top 3 TV shows of the evening, as Shark Tank, Primetime: What Would You Do? and 20/20 each tied as the top-rated show on Friday.

· Coming off a season-high the prior week, the Net equaled its 2nd-highest rated Friday this season among Adults 18-49.

Holding nearly all of its impressive week-earlier season premiere number (94%), ABC's Shark Tank beat out its network rivals in the 8pm hour for the 2nd week running in Adults 18-49, leading Fox's Kitchen Nightmares by an even wider margin of 14% (up from a 6% advantage the prior week).

· In Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, ABC's Shark Tank scored its 2nd-strongest ever Friday results, behind only its week-ago season opener.

Building on its season premiere (+6%) to stand as Friday's #1 TV program in Adults 18-49, ABC's Primetime: What Would You Do? won the 9 o'clock hour, dominating the series finale of NBC's Chuck by 31% and Fox's first-run Fringe by 42%.

· Primetime: What Would You Do? marked its best Adult 18-49 number in more than 1 year - since 1/21/11.

During the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 finished #1 in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54. In addition, ABC's 20/20 continued to finish as the night's #1 newsmagazine, outdelivering NBC's Dateline by double-digit margins in head-to-head competition among Total Viewers (+27%), Adults 25-54 (+25%) and Adults 18-49 (+36%). 20/20 featured Robin Roberts' report on a harrowing story with chilling details about an epic divorce, kidnapping, miraculous escape and shocking testimony that left a courtroom speechless.

· 20/20 generated its 2nd-biggest audience on the night in the last 3 months - since 10/21/11.
