Disney Channel January 12 Total Day and Prime Highlights

During January 2012, Disney Channel stood as TV's No. 1 network in Total Day for the 9th consecutive month in Kids 6-11 (656,000/2.7 rating), for the 5th consecutive month in Boys 6-11 (269,000/2.1 rating) and for the 21st consecutive month in Tweens 9-14 (537,000/2.2 rating) - all records in the key demos - and paced within one-tenth of a point of Nickelodeon for #1 rank in Kids 2-11 (985,000/2.4 rating) for the 4th time in the past 5 months.

· Disney Channel surpassed Nickelodeon by 23% in Kids 6-11 (656,000 vs. 534,000) and 39% in Tweens 9-14 (537,000 vs. 385,000), the network's 2nd-biggest competitive advantage on record for any month in the target demos, and 7th consecutive month holding a double-digit percent advantage.

· In Prime, Disney Channel is extending its streak as TV's #1 network to 83 consecutive months in Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.7 rating) and the 78th straight month in Tweens 9-14 (924,000/3.9 rating).

· The finale of "Wizards of Waverly Place" (1/6/12), the network's #1 finale of all time, ranked as the month's #1 TV telecast in Kids 2-11 (5.9 million/14.3 rating), Kids 6-11 (5.0 million/20.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (4.3 million/18.0 rating), and was the #1 scripted cable telecast in Total Viewers (11.3 million).

· "Jessie" stood as the month's #1 TV series in Kids 2-11 (2.8 million/6.8 rating), Kids 6-11 (2.3 million/9.6 rating), Boys 6-11 (921,000/7.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.0 million/8.1 rating).
