At 8 o'clock, "Melissa & Joey" surged to 8-week highs in Adults 18-34 (401,000/0.6 rating), Women 18-34 (295,000/0.9 rating), Adults 18-49 (611,000/0.5 rating), Women 18-49 (448,000/0.7 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (549,000/0.6 rating); a 13-week high in Total Viewers (1.02 million); a 15-week high in Females 12-34 (437,000/1.0 rating); and near 1-year high in Female Teens (142,000/1.2 rating) - since weeks of 3/26/14, 2/12/14, 1/29/14 and 6/19/13, respectively.

· "Melissa & Joey" stood as cable TV's #1 telecast in the time period in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, and the #1 scripted original cable TV telecast in Adults 18-34, Adults 18-49 and Women 18-49.

· Based on season-to-date Live + 3 ratings, "Melissa & Joey" builds to 1.4 million Total Viewers, 888,000 Adults 18-49 and 663,000 Viewers 12-34.

"Baby Daddy" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

At 8:30 p.m., "Baby Daddy" generated 13-week highs in Total Viewers (926,000) and Females 12-34 (404,000/0.9 rating), 6-week highs in Adults 18-34 (348,000/0.5 rating), Women 18-34 (284,000/0.9 rating) and Women 18-49 (399,000/0.6 rating) and a 3-week high in Adults 18-49 (477,000/0.5 rating) - since 2/12/14, 4/9/14 and 4/30/14, respectively.

· "Baby Daddy" ranked as cable TV's #1 scripted original telecast in the half hour in Adults18-34, Women 18-34, Women 18-49 and Females 12-34.
