ABC Ranks #1 on Friday with the Top Shows - "20/20" Scores Strongest Numbers Since November
ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 5.9 million and 1.2/5 in AD18-49): ABC ranked #1 on Friday for the 2nd week in a row with Adults 18-49 (1.2/5 vs. 1.2/4 - tied w/CBS in rating), beating original lineups on NBC by 33% (0.9/3) and Fox by 71% (0.7/3)
· For its 3rd straight original telecast, ABC's Shark Tank was Friday's #1 TV show (1.4/5), while Last Man Standing (1.2/5) and Dr. Ken (1.0/4) once again finished as the Top 2 scripted shows of the evening in Adults 18-49, respectively.
· ABC's 20/20 won the 10 o'clock hour to rank as Friday's #1 newsmagazine, defeating NBC's Dateline by double digits head to head in Total Viewers (+18% - 5.8 million vs. 4.9 million), Adults 18-49 (+20% - 1.2/4 vs. 1.0/4) and Adults 25-54 (+21% - 1.7/5 vs. 1.4/4). 20/20 grew for the 2nd week running in Total Viewers (+7%), Adults 18-49 (+20%) and Adults 25-54 (+13%), delivering its most watched telecast overall and tying its highest Adult ratings since November - since 11/20/15.
