Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "This Is Us" Keeps NBC on Top

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/17/17):

NBC (8.263 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.0, #1) continued its demo streak on Tuesday with new episodes from "The Voice" (9.805 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.1, #2), "This Is Us" (10.455 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.8, #1) and "Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders" (4.529 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T7).

CBS (10.667 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then remained the silver draw with its trio of "NCIS" (12.400 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3), "Bull" (10.261 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T5) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (9.340 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T7).

Next up was ABC (3.822 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3) and its lineup of "The Middle" (5.446 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3), "Fresh Off the Boat" (3.915 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T7), "Black-ish" (4.165 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T5), "The Mayor" (2.964 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T12) and "Kevin (Probably) Saves the World" (3.222 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T12).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.913 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4) served up originals from "Lethal Weapon" (3.704 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10), "The Mick" (2.408 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T12) and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (1.837 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.6, #15).

And finally, new episodes from "The Flash" (2.515 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10) and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" (1.601 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.5, #16) rounded out the night for The CW (2.058 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.7, #5).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.4/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/3 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.0/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/2 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
