Here are the highlights of the 13 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (11/16/20):

NBC (5.516 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T1) and ABC (5.117 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T1) shared the top honors on Monday as the former served up originals from "The Voice" (6.775 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2) and "Weakest Link" (2.999 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6) while the latter presented fresh installments from "Dancing with the Stars" (5.577 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2) and "The Good Doctor" (4.197 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6).

CBS (5.111 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #3) was the bronze draw with the season premieres of "The Neighborhood" (6.018 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1), "Bob (Hearts) Abishola" (5.595 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #4), "All Rise" (4.621 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #5) and "Bull" (4.906 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.312 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) offered up its duo of "LA's Finest" (1.523 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "Filthy Rich" (1.100 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11).

And finally, The CW (1.233 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) wrapped the night with a new "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.184 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11), a repeat "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.250 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and the season finale of "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" (1.248 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11).
