ADDITIONAL NOTES: renewed through the 2014-15 season (the show's fourth of 10 episodes) on 4/25/14
DESCRIPTION: (from GAC's press release, April 2014) After the third season of Great American Country's original series Farm Kings posted double-digit audience gains among P25-54, the all-American lifestyle network has renewed the hit show for a fourth season. Scheduled to premiere this fall, the ten new 60-minute episodes highlight the ups and downs of the King family's life on a Pittsburgh-area farm as they battle Mother Nature and continue to build their farm-associated small businesses. In season four, eldest brother Joe struggles to reinvent the farm's co-operative crop program, while brother Dan faces a personal dilemma of leaving the family business behind when he leaves home. Meanwhile, mother Lisa faces an empty nest when her eighth child, John, graduates high school and contemplates moving out of her home. And, the entire family is in mad-scramble mode to produce sister Bitty's wedding.
