PATTY HEARST TO GUEST STAR IN NOVEMBER SWEEPS EPISODE OF THE CW'S CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED DRAMA "VERONICA MARS" EPISODE AIRS NOVEMBER 21 Heiress Patty Hearst is set to guest star in a November sweeps episode of VERONICA MARS, portraying the granddaughter of the founder of the show's fictional university - Hearst College. A member of the institution's Board of Trustees, her character will mysteriously go missing the night before an important vote regarding the university's future. Ms. Hearst has appeared in several feature films including "Cecil B. DeMented," "Cry Baby" and "Serial Mom." Her television credits include guest turns on "Frasier," "Boston Common" and "Son of the Beach" among others. VERONICA MARS airs Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. ET on The CW, beginning October 3. The episode featuring Ms. Hearst will air on November 21. Joel Silver ("The Matrix"), creator Rob Thomas ("Cupid"), Jennifer Gwartz & Danielle Stokdyk and Diane Ruggiero are executive producers.
