CBS reclaimed the Number One spot among viewers, led by the Network's scripted programs which included four of the top 10 programs, according to Nielsen ratings for the week ending April 27, week 31 of the 2007-2008 television season.

CSI, which delivered the largest audience of any scripted series, CSI: MIAMI, NCIS and WITHOUT A TRACE all placed in the top 10. TWO AND HALF MEN, which ranked No. 11, was the week's top comedy in viewers and adults 18-49.

For the week in viewers: CBS (9.24m), FOX (9.16m), ABC (9.08m) and NBC (6.95m). Season-to-date, CBS is second in viewers (10.43m), behind FOX (11.25m) and ahead of ABC (9.15m) and NBC (8.30m). and CW (2.57m).

For the week in households: CBS (6.0/10), FOX (5.9/10), ABC (5.6/09) and NBC (4.6/08). Season-to-date, CBS is tied for first (6.6/11, with FOX) and +12% ahead of ABC (5.9/10) and +25% ahead of NBC (5.3/09).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a (3.3/08) in adults 25-54 and 2.5/07 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is second in adults 25-54 (3.8/09) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.0/08, with ABC).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

-- Monday, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (4.0/10), adults 18-34 (2.7/08) and second in both households (7.2/11) and viewers (11.42m). CBS has been first in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 for five consecutive Mondays. ?

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.1/08, 8.45m) was second in adults 25-54 (4.3/10), adults 18-49 (3.7/09) and adults 18-34 (2.8/08, -0.1 behind ABC). HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +4% in both households (from 4.9/08) and adults 18-34 (from 2.7/08), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 3.9/09), +9% in adults 18-49 (from 3.4/09) and added +370,000 viewers (from 8.08m, +5%) compared to last week. ?

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 18-49 (5.0/12), adults 18-34 (3.2/08), second in households (8.3/12), viewers (13.36m) and adults 25-54 (6.1/14, -0.2 behind ABC). For the second consecutive week, ?

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (6.7/10, 10.57m) was first in adults 25-54 (5.1/11), adults 18-49 (4.1/10) and adults 18-34 (2.6/07). Compared to the program's premiere last week, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +2% in households (from 6.6/10), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 4.9/11), even in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and added +170,000 viewers (from 10.40m, +2%). ?

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (9.3/15), viewers (14.38m), adults 25-54 (5.3/13), adults 18-49 (4.3/11) and adults 18-34 (2.9/08).

SURVIVOR: MICRONESIA was first in households (7.7/13), viewers (12.90m), adults 25-54 (5.4/14) and adults 18-49 (4.3/13). Compared to last week, SURVIVOR was up +5% in households (from 7.3/13), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 5.0/14), +10% in adults 18-49 (from 3.9/12), and added +890,000 viewers (from 12.01m, +7%). This is SURVIVOR's best delivery in households, viewers and adults 18-49 since Mar. 13, 2008, best adults 25-54 since Feb. 14, 2008.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in viewers (17.02m), second in households (10.6/16, -0.1 behind ABC), adults 25-54 (6.3/14) and adults 18-49 (4.7/12).

WITHOUT A TRACE was first in households (9.2/15), viewers (13.47m), second in adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09).

-- Friday, CBS was first in households (5.6/10), viewers (8.85m), adults 25-54 (3.0/09) and adults 18-49 (2.2/07). CBS won every half-hour in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. CBS has finished first every Friday this season with their first-run regularly scheduled line-up (15 times) in households, viewers and adults 25-54, first in adults 18-49 with the network's first-run regularly scheduled line-up 14 Fridays out of 15 this season.

GHOST WHISPERER easily won its time slot in households (5.7/11), viewers (8.98m), adults 25-54 (3.2/11) and adults 18-49 (2.3/09). ?

MOONLIGHT won its time period in households (5.0/09), viewers (7.93m), adults 25-54 (2.8/08) and adults 18-49 (2.1/07). Compared to the program's first-run live plus same day delivery, MOONLIGHT added +20,000 viewers (from 7.91m), was even in households and maintained 90% of its adults 25-54 delivery (from 3.1/08) and 91% of adults 18-49 (from 2.3/07).

NUMB3RS was first in households (6.0/11), viewers (9.64m), adults 25-54 (3.0/08) and adults 18-49 (2.1/07).

48 HOURS MYSTERY was first in households (4.1/08), viewers (5.82m), second in adults 25-54 (1.9/05) and adults 18-49 (1.4/05).

BIG BROTHER 9 SUNDAY (4.2/07, 6.39m viewers) was up +4% in adults 25-54 (2.9/07 from 2.8/07) and +5% in adults 18-49 (2.3/06 from 2.2/06) compared to last week.

COLD CASE was second in households (7.6/12), viewers (11.62m) and adults 25-54 (3.7/08). Compared to the last first run episode (which was delayed due to the Masters), COLD CASE was up +23% in households (from 6.2/10), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/07), +8% in adults 18-49 (2.7/06 from 2.5/06) and added +2.19m viewers (from 9.43m, +23%).
