Alicia Quarles and Marc Malkin Host This Next Incarnation of E!'s "Pop & Politics" Franchise

Los Angeles, CA- April 19, 2013 - Each year, Hollywood elite invade the nation's capital for the White House Correspondents dinner, one of Washington D.C.'s biggest nights bringing together the worlds of pop culture and politics. The most powerful names in politics, Hollywood's A-list, and members of the media come together to dazzle D.C. for one night. On April 27, 2013, E!'s "Pop & Politics" will be on the front lines of all the glittery action livestreaming for the very first time from the White House Correspondents dinner red carpet at the Washington Hilton in Washington D.C. E!'s Alicia Quarles and Marc Malkin will be reporting live from the most talked about party in town, delivering all the insider info, fashion, and news straight from the red carpet. The livestream begins at 6 PM ET on Eonline (www.eonline.com), and highlights of the night's biggest event will air on E! News Monday, April 29th at 7PM ET.

E!'s" Pop & Politics" franchise has made its mark on milestone pop culture events where celebrity and politics intersect, including the presidential debates, the political conventions and President Obama's second inauguration.
