Farewell Season Kicks-Off with Season 4 Marathon Saturday, January 23 at 1pm ET/PT

Nashville, January 7, 2016 - Find the nearest funnel, call a "t-a-x-y" and please, no one tell Martha - CMT's hit series "Party Down South" is coming to an end and the cast is saying farewell with its most epic vacation yet when season five premieres Thursday, January 28 at 9pm, ET/PT. After leaving their mark on Murrells Inlet, Athens, Biloxi and St. Petersburg, the beloved gang heads to Savannah for an unforgettable, final vacation.

Season five ensures no shortage of drama as Lyle and fiancé, Santana, near their breaking point when rumors of her infidelity are sparked by his roommates. Tears are shed and punches are thrown as everyone tries to get to the bottom of the situation. Meanwhile, Mattie may have finally found a guy who can keep up with her, and Daddy is determined to leave this vacation on a high note - with as many marlins in pretzels as possible.

To kick-off the final season, CMT will marathon season four in its entirety beginning Saturday, January 23 at 1pm, ET/PT. The 10-episode marathon follows the cast's most recent vacation in St. Petersburg, which included explosive fights, a proposal and all the adventures of Murray and Walt as they mingled with the local residents. Exclusive sneak peeks of season five will also be featured throughout the marathon.

Over four seasons viewers have come to love Daddy, Lyle, Murray, Walt, Hannah, Lauren, Mattie and Tiffany for their crazy antics, authenticity and classic one-liners. The cast's genuine love for each other has translated on screen and allowed fans to feel like they were part of the family too, hanging out with their friends every Thursday night.
