LUCIFER (Netflix) - Talks between Tom Ellis and Warner Bros. Television to return for a sixth season for have reportedly "have come to a standstill, with the actor allegedly rejecting the studio's latest offer." Ellis previously agreed to an extension back in March but is apparently attempting to re-negotiate. (Deadline.com)
PARTY OF FIVE (Freeform) - The cable channel has passed on ordering a second season for the reboot series. (Deadline.com)
SEX EDUCATION (Netflix) - Production on the show's third season in Wales has been pushed from May due to the "strict social distancing measures being extended for a least another three weeks." (Deadline.com)
STAR CHAMBER, THE (Amazon) - Amazon Studios, Vendetta Productions and Fox 21 Television Studios are looking to team for a small screen take on the 1983 Michael Douglas film, this time following "a revered female federal appellate court judge in San Francisco. She leads a shadowy group of judges that decide to right the wrongs of the broken legal system as she struggles to balance her obligations to law, to religion and to her family." Sheldon Turner, Jennifer Klein and Frank Yablans are the executive producers. No writer was indicated. Silbing 20th Century Fox Television previously attempted a TV take in 2009 at ABC with Don Cheadle and writer Zack Estrin among the auspices. (Deadline.com)
