Nominees announced for brand new social categories "Best Music Documentary" and "Best Musical Moment"

· MTV announced that notorious rapper and DJ, DJ SNOOPADELIC, and "Bling Empire's" Kim Lee will take the stage to DJ for the 2021 "MTV Movie & TV Awards."
· DJ SNOOPADELIC will DJ at the "MTV Movie & TV Awards" airing LIVE on Sunday, May 16 at 9pm ET/PT.
· Kim Lee is set to DJ during the inaugural "MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED" airing Monday, May 17 at 9pm ET/PT.

· MTV also announced two all-new social categories: "Best Music Documentary" and "Best Musical Moment" (presented by SONIC(R) Drive-In.) The nominees for each are listed below.

· Calvin "Snoop Dogg" Cordozar Broadus Jr. is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, record producer, DJ, media personality, and business mogul. As an award-winning artist, Snoop Dogg has released 19 studio albums, sold over 30-million albums worldwide, reached No. 1 countless times on Billboard charts internationally, and received 20 GRAMMY(R) nominations.
· With nearly three decades in the business, Snoop Dogg has dominated the music industry, from his instrumental role in pioneering gangsta rap to collaborating with the biggest names in the game, and has worked as a producer and songwriter, lending his trademark sound and creativity to some artists' greatest hits.
