'Weak Hero Class 2' Unveils a New Chapter of Friendship and Growth on April 25
Get ready for the return of the gripping Korean action school drama as Netflix series Weak Hero Class 2 premieres on April 25. After the success of Weak Hero Class 1, this new chapter follows Yeon Si-eun (Park Ji-hoon), a student who was only focused on himself and his studies. Though he met dear friends and they fought against school violence together, Si-eun ends up losing them. Riddled with trauma, he transfers to a new school, only to come face to face with greater violence.
The teaser trailer for Weak Hero Class 2 sees Si-eun arriving at Eunjang High School, carrying the weight of his past. There, he meets new friends like Park Hu-min (Ryeo Un), Seo Jun-tae (Choi Min-yeong), and Go Hyun-tak (Lee Min-jae) and foes like Choi Hyo-man (Yu Su-bin), Na Baek-jin (Bae Na-ra), and Geum Seong-je (Lee Jun-young).
Weak Hero Class 1 director You Su-min and executive producer Han Jun-hee once again present a compelling series with a powerful young cast that delves into the tougher side of teenage life and how they stand up for each other in Weak Hero Class 2. As Si-eun's story continues, themes of growth and friendship shine. Focused on Si-eun's steely facial expression and strong gaze despite his bleeding lip and bruised cheek, the teaser poster gives a glimpse of his vow: stand to protect his friends.
Don't miss the next chapter of Si-eun's journey in Weak Hero Class 2, streaming April 25, only on Netflix.
