Enter the World of 'Perfect Job' A Thrilling New Series of Mystery, Horror, and Fantasy
Netflix has announced the production of the new mystery horror fantasy series Perfect Job, featuring an exciting cast that includes Lee Jae-wook, Ko Min-si, Kim Min-ha, and Lee Hee-jun.
Perfect Job follows Hyuk-jun, played by Lee Jae-wook (Alchemy of Souls, Search: WWW), a young man who takes on a seemingly perfect part-time job offering 50 times the usual hourly wage through a mysterious employment agency called Spyder Human Resource Center. However, the job quickly becomes a nightmare as he encounters strange and terrifying phenomena. Lee Jae-wook brings his acting chops to breathe life into Hyuk-jun, capturing the character's struggles in this hellish work environment.
Ko Min-si (Sweet Home, Youth of May, The Frog) joins the cast as Yeon-joo, an investigator determined to uncover the truth behind the unsettling events at Spyder Human Resource Center. Known for her versatile performances, Ko Min-si adds her unique depths to the series with her portrayal of Yeon-joo.
Kim Min-ha (Pachinko, The Light in Your Eyes) plays Ji-yoon, Hyuk-jun's spirited younger sister, who lives by the motto "poverty is scarier than ghosts." Her dynamic relationship with Hyuk-jun adds a layer of humanity to the series as she navigates her brother's troubling circumstances.
Lee Hee-jun (Karma, Badland Hunters) takes on the role of the enigmatic Mr. S, the boss of Spyder Human Resource Center. His portrayal promises to captivate audiences as he entices Hyuk-jun with irresistible job offers that come with a mysterious twist.
Directed by Kim Da-min, known for her work as a writer on A Killer Paradox and the festival-acclaimed FAQ, Perfect Job promises a fresh take on the mystery horror genre. The script, crafted by writers Kyeong Min-sun (Urban Myths, Tarot) and Lee Shin-ji (Concrete Utopia), promises to immerse viewers in a world of suspense and intrigue. Executive producer Han Jun-Hee (D.P., Coin Locker Girl) adds his expertise to deliver a unique horror experience.
