São Paulo, April 28, 2025 -April 28 is Mother-in-Law's Day in Brazil, making it the perfect date to kick off the start of filming for the third season of Stranded with my Mother-in-Law. Netflix has announced that six more participants will be joining the reality show. The participants have already begun their journey toward resolving their family issues and winning the grand prize of 500,000 reais.
To select the new contestants, more than 200 mothers-in-law from across Brazil gathered in São Paulo for the final selection stage. At the event, the candidates took part in a series of immersive experiences and activities inspired by last season's tasks, to prove they were ready to tackle the show's upcoming challenges. To win, they'll need to overcome the toughest obstacle of all: putting their differences aside to come together as a team.
The second season of Netflix Brazil's original reality show made it into the Top 10 in Brazil during its first week and kept its spot in the rankings for the following three weeks.
