CBS Dominates Thursday in all Ratings Measures

SURVIVOR: SAMOA delivered season highs in all key measures, CSI matched its season best adult 18-49 rating and THE MENTALIST had its largest audience of the year and matched its best adult 18-49 rating, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Thursday, Dec. 10.

SURVIVOR: SAMOA won its time period in households (8.0/13), viewers (13.80m), adults 25-54 (5.2/13) and adults 18-49 (4.3/12). Compared to last week, SURVIVOR was up +7% in households (from 7.5/12), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 4.8/12), +10% in adults 18-49 (from 3.9/11) and added +980,000 viewers (from 12.82m, +8%). If the ratings hold, this is a season high for SURVIVOR: SAMOA in these measures.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION won its time period in households (10.4/16), viewers (17.11m), adults 25-54 (5.4/13) and adults 18-49 (4.1/11). Compared to its last first-run episode (on Nov. 19, 2009), CSI: was up +12% in households (from 9.3/15), +17% in both adults 25-54 (from 4.6/11) and adults 18-49 (from 3.5/09) and added +2.17m viewers (from 14.94m, +15%). If the ratings hold, CSI matched its season-high adults 18-49 rating.

THE MENTALIST won its time period in households (10.6/18), viewers (16.92m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/11). Compared to its last first-run episode (on Nov.19, 2009), THE MENTALIST was up +6% in households (from 10.0/17), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 4.9/13), +3% in adults 18-49 (from 3.7/11) and added +1.05m viewers (from 15.87m, +7%). If the ratings hold, this is a season-high for THE MENTALIST in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and matches season highs in adults 18-49.

For the night, CBS was first in households (9.7/16), viewers (15.94m), adults 25-54 (5.2/13) and adults 18-49 (4.1/11).

SURVIVOR: SAMOA won its time period in households (7.6/12), viewers (13.25m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13) and adults 18-49 (4.2/12). Compared to last week, SURVIVOR was up +1% in households (from 7.5/12), +6% in adults 25-54 (from 4.8/12), +8% in adults 18-49 (from 3.9/11) and added +430,000 viewers (from 12.82m, +3%). SURVIVOR: SAMOA posted season highs in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION won its time period in households (10.0/16), viewers (16.43m), adults 25-54 (5.2/13) and adults 18-49 (3.9/10). Compared to its last first-run episode (on Nov. 19, 2009), CSI: was up +8% in households (from 9.3/15), +13% in adults 25-54 (from 4.6/11), +11% in adults 18-49 (from 3.5/09) and added +1.49m viewers (from 14.94m, +10%).

THE MENTALIST won its time period in households (10.3/18), viewers (16.37m), adults 25-54 (4.9/13) and adults 18-49 (3.6/10). THE MENTALIST delivered its largest audience of the season.

For the night, CBS was first in households (9.3/15), viewers (15.35m), adults 25-54 (5.0/13) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11). CBS was first in these measures for four consecutive Thursdays.
