Boasting the week's No. 1 TV telecast in Tweens 9-14 with "Good Luck Charlie," Disney Channel was the No. 1 network in Total Day for the 2nd consecutive week in the key demo (443,000/1.8 rating - tie). In Prime, Disney Channel was cable's No. 1 network in Kids 6-11 (906,000/3.7 rating), Tweens 9-14 (767,000/3.1 rating) and Kids 6-14 (1.2 million/3.3 rating). This week marked the net's 262nd consecutive win in Kids 6-11 and 259th straight win in Kids 6-14, with the streak at 258 out of 259 weeks with Tweens 9-14.

· "Good Luck Charlie" stood as the week's No. 1 TV telecast in Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million/6.5 rating).

· In Tweens 9-14, Disney Channel delivered 3 of TV's Top 6 telecasts for the week: "Good Luck Charlie" (No. 1 - 1.6 million/6.5 rating, Sun., 8:30 - 8:55 p.m.), "Wizards of Waverly Place" (No. 5 - 1.4 million/5.7 rating, Fri., 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) and "Sonny With A Chance" (No. 6 - 1.3 million/5.5 rating, Sun., 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.).

· In Kids 6-14, Disney Channel held 3 of TV's Top 6 live-action telecasts: "Good Luck Charlie" (No. 4 - 2.3 million/6.2 rating, Sun., 8:30 - 8:55 p.m.), "Wizards of Waverly Place" (No. 5 - 2.0 million/5.6 rating, Fri., 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) and "Sonny With A Chance" (No. 6 - 1.9 million/5.2 rating, Sun., 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.).

· "Phineas and Ferb" was the week's No. 1 animated TV series in Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (813,000/3.3 rating).

· Playhouse Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" was the week's No. 8 TV program in target preschoolers aged 2-5 (596,000/3.6 rating).
