CBS.COM LEADS ALL NETWORK WEB SITES IN VIEWERS, STREAMS AND MINUTES

CBS Is #1 On-Air and Online, Holding Top Spot In Viewers for 21st Consecutive Month, According to comScore VideoMetrix

Over 1 Billion Minutes Spent Watching Video on CBS.com in September

SAN FRANCISCO-October 13, 2010 - CBS.com was the #1 network site in video viewers (24 million), streams (264 million) and minutes (1 billion) during the month of September, according to comScore VideoMetrix. Streams were up 93% year-over-year while minutes were up 88% year-over-year. This news follows the network's on-air success, having seven of the top 10 programs on television this season, led by NCIS at #2.

"The programs that make up CBS's lineup this season have been phenomenally successful so far," says Jeff Clark, Vice President of CBS.com. "Due to the high demand for these shows, we knew we needed to provide fans with the best content possible. We're thrilled to see that fans of CBS's shows have come back to CBS.com again and again to enrich and extend their viewing experience."

During the month of September, viewers turned to CBS.com for games, cash-prize contests, podcasts, streaming episodes and exclusive behind-the-scenes videos and blogs from CBS's hit shows, including SURVIVOR: NICARAGUA, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and NCIS, in addition to new favorites such as MIKE AND MOLLY and HAWAII FIVE-0.

CBS.com's leadership position among its network peers mirrors the success of CBS Television, which recently extended its beginning-of-the-season winning streak to three weeks, becoming the first network to win the first three weeks of a season in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 2001 (NBC), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Oct. 10, week three of the 2010-2011 television season.
