Friday Primetime Results:

"Undateable" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 2.9 million viewers overall from 8-8:30 p.m. ET):

· With a live telecast, equaled its highest 18-49 rating since Oct. 16 (0.9).

· Despite last week's preemption, grows +7% versus its prior telecast in total viewers (2.918 million vs. 2.721 million on Nov. 20), for its most-watched episode since Oct. 16.

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting - the most recent "Undateable" grew by +16% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.80 to a 0.93) and by 349,000 viewers overall (2.7 million to 3.1 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

· Upscale: Is delivering a solid upscale audience this season, indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"Truth Be Told" (0.6/3 in 18-49, 2.3 million viewers overall from 8:30-9 p.m. ET):

· Retains 100% of the 0.6 rating for its prior three telecasts in adults 18-49 and is up +9% versus its previous episode in total viewers (2.309 million vs. 2.113 million on Nov. 20).

· Despite last week's preemption, equaled its high 18-49 rating since Oct. 30 (0.7).

· Delivered the show's top total-viewer result since its series premiere on Oct. 16 (2.580 million).

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting - the most recent "Truth Be Told" telecast increased by +24% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.63 to a 0.78) and 331,000 viewers overall (2.1 million to 2.4 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

"Grimm" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.7 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Despite last week's preemption, grows +3% versus its prior telecast in total viewers (3.742 million vs. 3.625 million on Nov. 20).

· In the time period, ties for #2 among the Big 4 in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54 and is #2 outright among those nets in all key adult-male demos.

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - the most recent "Grimm" increased by +86% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.87 to a 1.62) and more than 2.1 million viewers overall (3.6 million to 5.8 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

· Upscale: Is capturing a strong upscale audience this season, indexing at a 121 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"Dateline NBC" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Generates its #2 total-viewer result since Oct. 23 (4.645 million, trailing over that span only the Nov. 20 telecast (4.648 million).

· In the time period, ranks #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and is tied for #2 in adults 25-54.

· Despite the 10 p.m. hour, grows half-hour to half-hour by +11% in adults 18-49 (0.9 to 1.0), +11% in men 25-54 (0.9 to 1.0) and +6% in women 25-54 (1.6 to 1.7).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.0/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.8/4 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
