Streaming of the Jan. 8 Broadcast, Which Featured the First American TV Interview with Prince Harry Ahead of His Book Release, Drew Season High Audience

60 MINUTES delivered its best audience this season with 11.2 million total viewers, 11 million in adults 18+ and 2.2 million in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Jan. 8. 60 MINUTES was the week's #1 non-sports primetime program. Since its season premiere, 60 MINUTES has been the #1 non-sports primetime program 14 times in 16 broadcasts.

60 MINUTES remains America's #1 news program in viewers with all 16 broadcasts this season placing in the top 10. 60 MINUTES was the week's #6 primetime broadcast in total viewers, #4 in adults 18+ and #9 in adults 25-54. 60 MINUTES' potential social impressions (1.1b) were up +158% from the most recent new episode the prior week.

Based on AMA, the next-day streaming of the full episode on Paramount+ and CBS TVE (CBS App and CBS.com) was the highest of the season - five times higher than the season average. This was the highest next-day streaming delivery for a 60 MINUTES episode since October 2020, when Lesley Stahl interviewed President Donald Trump.

Sunday's broadcast featured Anderson Cooper's interview with Prince Harry, his first sit down on American television before his memoir, Spare, was released, and Lesley's Stahl's profile of Hollywood composer Hans Zimmer. Click here to watch.
