PSA with First Lady Jill Biden (and the 1st dogs - Champ and Major) on discovery+ During Puppy Bowl XVII on Sunday Feb. 7

While advertisers are sharing their special ads for Super Bowl...or what we call the other big game, we have something really special - a PSA featuring the First Lady and the first dogs!

Puppy Bowl XVII is right around the corner and ahead of the other 'big game' streaming on discovery+ on Sunday, Feb. 7 we'll take a look at one special shelter dog whose presence now graces the steps of the White House! In a new PSA during PUPPY BOWL XVII, First Lady Jill Biden joins discovery+ in spotlighting the Biden family dogs Champ, and Major who was adopted by the Biden family in 2018 from the Delaware Humane Association in Wilmington. Making Major, the first shelter dog to call 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue 'home.'

In this PSA, Dr. Biden (with an assist from Major and Champ) shares with the PUPPY BOWL audiences how pets have been a source of joy and comfort to many during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the importance of staying healthy for our pets by wearing a mask, even when taking our furry family members on daily walks.

Major Biden's journey from the Delaware Humane Association to the Biden family and now to the White House illustrates Puppy Bowl's message of how a shelter animal's life can be transformed when given a second chance in a loving, forever home.
