MR. ROBOT Production Begins This March in New York City and W?ill Return This Summer

NEW YORK, NY - January 29, 2016? - Grace Gummer ("Extant") has been cast as a series regular in the highly anticipated second season of USA Network's critically-acclaimed drama series MR. ROBOT. The series recently took home the Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series - Drama and Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for Christian Slater.

Gummer will star as "Dominique (Dom) DiPierro," a young FBI field agent investigating the Evil Corp Hack. She uses her instinctive skills to try and track down the fsociety members and find answers.

Most recently, Gummer wrapped production on "Confirmation" for HBO Films and starred opposite Halle Berry on "Extant." She also played Nora Ephron in the pilot "Good Girls Revolt" for Amazon, which was recently picked-up to series. Previously, Gummer had featured roles on "The Newsroom" and "American Horror Story." She also appeared in a number of independent films including "Francis Ha!" and "The Homesman" in addition to her many Broadway and off-Broadway theater credits. MR. ROBOT stars Golden Globe Award and SAG(R) Award Nominee Rami Malek ("The Pacific"), Golden Globe Award Winner Christian Slater ("Nymphomaniac"), Portia Doubleday ("Her)" and Carly Chaikin ("Suburgatory").
