GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY ADDS MORE FUN-LOVING OUTDOOR LIVING SERIES IN 2016

NEW YORK [For Immediate Release - March 29, 2016] Living it up in the great outdoors is the theme that helped Great American Country (GAC) grow ratings more than 30% in first quarter among prime viewers P25-54. In 2016, the network's 470 hours of lifestyle programming maintains its focus on the joy of living the simple life and outdoor fun with series such as Living Alaska, which showcases what it's like to live in the "last frontier" and Going RV, which follows families who want enjoy the quintessential American road trip. GAC also commissioned more episodes of its highest-rated show, Emmy-nominated Flea Market Flip, starring design enthusiast and Good Morning America co-host Lara Spencer. The hit series features two teams who compete to repurpose flea market finds for a profit.

For those whose idea of "roughing it" is lounging on a luxurious deck at home, GAC features a new season of Mega Decks in July. The series follows a Colorado-based deck and landscaping company as they design and install impressive backyard living spaces and amazing over-the-top decks. Lake Guys, which has fresh episodes on the horizon, showcases the Buckles brothers, Kevin and Andrew, as they build outrageous one-of-a-kind projects to enhance lakeside living, such as a treehouse castle with zip line; a mega water slide and party deck; and a double-decker dock with private beach and kids play cabin.

"Great American Country continues to deliver solid ratings performances and for a second year attracted its most upscale audience to date," said Allison Page, general manager, Great American Country, HGTV and DIY Network. "We will keep building on our success by focusing on families who love the experience of outdoor living."

Going RV Season two premieres Wednesday, May 4, at 9 p.m. ET/PT In Going RV, families decide to ditch ordinary daily life for an adventure out on the open road. The series follows the families as they buy the perfect RV for their trip and showcases what happens when daring homeowners trade their walls for wheels.

Lake Guys Season two premieres Thursday, May 5, at 8 p.m. ET/PT Lake Guys follows brothers Kevin and Andrew Buckles as they build one-of-a-kind projects at their family's lakeside cabin. In each episode, the guys work together to build outrageously fun creations for their families to enjoy lakeside.

Flea Market Flip Season seven premieres Sunday, July 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT Flea markets are filled with hidden treasures, but you have to know where to look. In Flea Market Flip, two teams go head-to-head to see who can make the most money transforming unexpected diamonds in the rough into high dollar gems. Each team is given $500 along with a list of items they need to find and buy in one hour. They then get 24 hours to transform and 24 hours to sell their refurbished items. In the end, the team that makes the most net profit wins $5,000.

Mega Decks Season two premieres in July For one innovative Colorado deck and landscape company, outdoor living is an art form. The Mega Decks team often works with six-figure budgets to create a revolutionized backyard living experience. From customized stone and glass fir pits, tricked-out entertainment systems and over-the-top kitchens, Mega Decks showcases the infinite possibilities for luxe outdoor living.

Living Alaska New episodes premiere TBD Living Alaska showcases what it's like to live in the spectacular - but remote - setting where a bear may be the only neighbor. Families from across the country find out if they can find the perfect home to fulfill their dreams of living an Alaskan adventure.
