Sunday Primetime (7:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC drew its largest Sunday audience of the season, while marking its second-highest number this season among Adults 18-49. Additionally, the Network delivered considerable increases over the same Sunday last November (15.9 million & 6.6/16 on 11/21/04).

ABC broadcasted the Top 3 television shows on Sunday evening among Adults 18-49, including Desperate Housewives, Greys Anatomy and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, respectively. Desperate Housewives and Greys Anatomy stood as the 2 most-watched programs of the night.

Americas Funniest Home Videos (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

Americas Funniest Home Videos drew its largest audience (11.2 million) in 1 year and top Adult 18-49 number (3.4/9) since February since 11/28/04 and 2/20/05, respectively.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Jumping from its strong lead-in, ABCs Extreme Makeover: Home Edition dominated its time period in Adults 18-49, beating out second-place Fox in the hour by 49% (6.7/16 vs. 4.5/11). The broad skewing program also ranked No. 1 in its hour among Adults 18-34 (5.7/15), Adults 25-54 (7.5/16) and Kids 2-11 (5.0/16). ABCs Home Edition will rank as the highest-rated unscripted show of the week among Adult 18-49, also qualifying as the No. 1 unscripted TV show this season in the key young adult sales demographic.

Desperate Housewives (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

The No. 1 show on Sunday on each of its original telecasts this season, ABCs Desperate Housewives beat its nearest competition during the 9 oclock hour by 10.4 million viewers (26.0 million vs. 15.6 million CBS) and by 162% in Adults 18-49 (11.0/24 vs. 4.2/9 Fox).

Desperate Housewives gained audience from the prior week among Total Viewers (26.0 million vs. 25.9 million), attracting the series biggest audience in 6 weeks since 10/9/05.

Greys Anatomy (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Continuing to deliver its best-ever retention of its Desperate Housewives lead-in, Greys Anatomy took full command of 10 oclock hour. The ABC drama bested its closest competitor in the time slot by 9.0 million viewers (20.8 million vs. 11.8 million CBS) and defeated CBS and NBC together in the time period by 56% in Adults 18-49 (9.5/23 vs. 6.1/15 CBS and NBC combined). Televisions No. 1 10 oclock drama on any night of the week, ABCs Greys Anatomy topped CBS and NBCs combined Adult 25-54 delivery in the hour by 35% (10.4/23 vs. 7.7/17 CBS and NBC combined).

For the second week in a row, Greys Anatomy produced season highs among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. On both counts it was the series second-strongest performance ever, behind only its first season finale last May
