DESCRIPTION:
(from The WB's press release) Meryl (Debi Mazar) and Danny (Richard Trapp) announce their engagement and Fran (Fran Drescher) is asked to be Meryls Matron of Honor, while Riley (Ryan McPartlin) is asked to be Dannys Best Man. Realizing that she will run into Riley at the wedding, Fran brings Ted (Charles Shaughnessy) as her date in order to convince Riley that she has moved on from him and is giving Ted another chance. Ted, however, hits on Rileys date, giving Riley the chance to ask Fran the true reasons for their breakup. When he learns that Fran was just trying to protect him, Riley proposes. Ben Fledman and Misti Traya also star. Peter Beyt directed the episode written by Bob Meyer.
